My tri bike got stolen two weeks ago and my replacement wont be available until two weeks after the event.
Anyone have any ideas on where I could rent a tri bike in the Bay/Santa Rosa area?

I’d suggest trying either Sports Basement or Echelon Multisport. I’m not sure what options they’ll have or what you’ll want, but both groups will definitely try to help you.
I believe PlayTri is doing bike rentals as part of being part of the IM North America “Bike Shop”,but this would be race week only and if memory serves correct it was ~$500 …

The above was the result of a quick search. I’ve never interacted with this shop.
You could also rent a road bike and throw on a set of aero bars. Not ideal but it can work in a pinch. Call a local shop and let them know your predicament to see if they have any ideas.
