Trying to watch Abu Dhabi on triathlon live and it won’t let me despite fact that I recently paid for the full year subscription. On app it says error code 403 when I try to play. On website it tells me to pay again. Anyone else unable to use triathlon live tv or have suggestions?
What device are you trying to use? I usually use an Amazon Fire Cube and the app is still there, but most (all?) of the old content is locked and there is no new content (different from your experience with the error code). I emailed them and got a quick response - you might try that. The Fire Cubes are no longer supported. They provided this…

As well as on your laptop, desktop or mobile browser via www.triathlonlive.tv, you can watch via our dedicated app on Apple and Android phones and tablets. Subscribers can also cast to their TVs via ChromeCast or watch natively via the app on Android and Apple TVs, as well as connecting directly via HDMI cable from laptop to TV.

Oh, and FWIW, I connected a W10 laptop running an i5-8th gen processor to the TV via HDMI. I could log into triathlonlive.tv, see that my subscription was active and also access today’s races in Abu Dhabi. Got a 90 min trainer ride in and watched the men’s race… Still a PITA relative to the Fire Cube, which is always connected…
I had to update the latest version last night, and was logged out had to re log in etc.

I watched TLive for years and years, has always been top notch. Tried to watch AD this weekend and the quality was terrible with lots of buffering. Every other streaming service I use has been fine, something looks to be going wrong with TLive servers.
I would assume the company that does the website also runs the TV channel now lol
That’s really disappointing. I don’t have an Apple TV or an android phone, and I’m not connecting my laptop to the TV via HDMI cable like it’s 2005. They were the one series that had a decent app with no commercials and content available on-demand. Here’s hoping they eventually update their Firestick app.
I emailed them and they got it working. I think the issue may have been that I paid through Apple TV with automatic renewal. Broadcast was good. I sure would love to go to the island in Abu Dhabi where they did the race. Looks pretty awesome. I raced Olympic Distance Worlds in Abu Dhabi a couple years ago and it was an awesome trip - island where this year’s race took place looks like it has great bike path and mountain bike trails and open water swimming.
Ha, I was thinking exactly this as I was rigging it up. I’m not sure what my next move will be. Will watch the women’s race from Abu Dhabi this week, probably, and then there is a pretty long break before the next WTCS, so I can implement an option for watching that is not the ‘laptop with a wire’ strategy.
Was perfect for me at least. And as others have pointed out in the other threads, improved realisation too with shots of groups behind, showing important stuff happening in the race during the bike.

Can anybody play back the women’s race at WTCS Karlovy Vary? The men’s race works, but the women’s returns this (also after I deleted all the site’s cookies and locally stored content):
I’ve got a new tele system and managed to jack up Triathlon live on my TV now, no more watching from my mobile, will finish watching weekends races later.
Played the replay last night (after 9 hours of Nice and five hours of driving).
Congrats, but I was watching it last night and then it stopped working. Was wondering if it’s working right now
