I have already competed some triathlons, but lack the focus when it comes to training on my own. Do any of you know of, or belong to any clubs in the Detroit Metro/Ann Arbor areas?
Mainly looking for organized training and fun times.

ann arbor tri club, infinite multisport, one with fraser bike shop, wolverine sports club (or something like that), FAST swim & triathlon club.

My tri club is F.A.S.T. (Ford Athletic Swim and Triathlon). It’s a great club- Lots of organized training in the spring/summer/fall, with group rides, open water swims, brick workouts, etc. Winter organized stuff is mostly swimming. Check out the website and come out for a Saturday swim if you are interested in trying it out. There’s some social stuff too, like spring picnic, etc. which is always fun. We are currently leading the USAT nationwide club challenge in swimming miles this month, so it’s a competitive training group too, although there are athletes of all levels, from Kona-qualifiers (not me, I wish!) to newbies in our club.
i think your club site is one of the best around.
