Any users with reviews or comments? On sale so was debating. Thanks.
Ive put it on my wife’s bike to great effect, we did a write up on the install and setup here:

The only downsides - it isn’t light, and you have to cut your steerer tube to the exact height if you want to use the cable cover, there is no going up again.
here is one of the pics:
and on her team mate’s p3, still working on the cabling:

Hi Jack. Read the article already. Thanks. Can you tell me in mm the height of where the stem attaches to the tube. Mine is already cut. Also, since it’s you do you have any thoughts on a similar aero stem? Thanks.
The height of the stem where it clamps to the steerer tube is very very short, it is pretty much impossible that you steerer is too low already. You will probably have to cut it more.
You can put spacers under it like any other stem, just not above it to leave spare steerer tube.
The only stem that is at all similar I think is the Pro Missile Stem.

I’m using the Sigma stem with the Alpha bar. It’s a very nice setup. Very well thought out. Awesome in combination with an Omega brake up front and great cable routing if your cables enter the frame behind the stem on the top tube. But as Jackmott said, it isn’t light (understatement) and it’ll pucker your sphincter when you have to cut the steer tube as low as you have to in order for it to work.
For its intended purpose, I think it’s very well designed. But if you don’t have your fit really well dialed in and you’re still experimenting, this may not be your best choice.
