I can move up to 2,5 cm de seat post and forward 2 cm de saddle if its needly.

Well, speaking very briefly, I think that position looks quite strong personally. Perhaps the only thing I notice that is a trifle odd is that the cleat on the bottom of the shoe looks a tad far forward. That may be rider preference though.
Overall, I don’t know that I see any major problems. Angle of hands to forearms looks stressful maybe, but that is a function of this kind of fit sometimes.

I can move 2 cm the seat forward with I mount the Sbend extensions

Lol, he’s referring to your cycling shorts not matching your shirt.
You’re not likely to get any good advice by simply posting a picture on the internet, unless something is really obviously wrong. In order to be properly set up, you need to visit someone very qualified in bicycle fitting.
