I paid the extra to ship a bag with my bike to IM Canada and was wondering what size is acceptable. I would like to get my wetsuit, helmet, etc. in it so I do not have to worry about the airline losing it but don’t want to be to big. Thanks and good racing.
Mine was 15X14X10 when I used them for Florida. All my stuff fit in the bag.
I put a large lands end duffle with mine to IMLP last year with no problems. Had wetsuit, tools, some extra clothes and nutition.
Extra large duffle bag. Anything large/heavy went into the bag.
I signed up for it as well…the were kinda vague about size, but did specify 25lbs…:
"Medium bag for shoes, wetsuit, helmet, etc (up to 25 lbs) for an additional $25)"
.
As directed, I used a medium sized duffle to IM Moo last year. Fit helmet, wetsuit, shoes, and pedals with a little extra space, for no problem whatsoever. TBT is the way to go.
