The bike was not the problem, unless you’d say the bike was too stiff. It was Millar pushing a lot of watts out and the wheel could not handle that much power, and it got destroyed. This incident would actually provoke me into buying a scott because it shows how much power is transfered to the back wheel.
I would avoid the Scott - I saw one eat up 2 perfectly good disc wheels today.
