Selling a 2010 model Trek Speed Concept. I am looking to sell these either as a complete package or part by part. (WHEELS NOT INCLUDED)
Full package shipped: $2,100
Frame only: $1,200 (includes base bar, aero extensions, brake system)
Will entertain all offers for the complete package or any parts that you may be interested in. Please PM me for all inquiries and offers.
Here’s the details with as many pictures as possible to give full disclosure on the frame condition.
Size: Medium
Condition: Used. Has typical wear and tear in all the usual areas (forks, rear dropout, etc) with some chips here and there. See pics for detail.
Components: Full SRAM RED with the exception being the crank. The crank is a DURA-ACE 53-39 that was a take off from my newer SC. It was part of a Di2 package and since I use a quarq that is why its on this bike. Components can be purchased separately or with the bike. I also have brand new aero extensions (profile t2’s) that I will include with the bike if the buyer is interested. Cost would be $30 additional. Additionally, the bike will come with all the bolts, screws and spacers to make the bike adjustable for the rider.
Stem: 100x10mm
**Seatpost: **I will be including a brand new seat post and fizik tri2 saddle that was a take off from my current Speed Concept. Both the post and seat are brand new and have never been used. See pics below for detail.
DISCLOSURES:

As seen in the following picture the top bolt to the bottle cage holder on the down tube has been stripped at the frame level. Thus, the screw will not come out at this time. It is something that a proper mechanic would be able to fix by drilling it out and replacing, however I am not a mechanic nor had been bothered by it enough to fix it. When training long on the bike where a bottle holder is required I have utilized tape and zip ties as seen in the pictures below. However, I will say if you are using the bike for a half distance race or TT’ing in general you probably don’t even need a bottle cage in that location.

There is a chip right where the seat post enters the frame. It is a tiny piece that was painted over from when the bike was brand new. Eventually the paint chipped away and left a small piece of the frame missing. Very small piece that has not damaged the integrity of the frame at all. I have put many miles on this bike and additionally have had the bike checked out by professional TREK mechanics, it’s all good. Just wanted to make sure that this was known to the potential buyer.
