Anyone doing this race tomorrow?
I’m heading out to watch the pro race, so if you see someone clumping around with a boot on her leg/foot, give me a shout. Should be nice weather and thankfully, no oil spill this year.

ill be there around 7am. I am not racing as all my efforts are focused to run training this off season but i will be there volunteering.
My calves are a little sore so i might be rocking my CEP compression socks, if not ill look for that cam-walker!!

Here are some pictures from the ITU race today. Great job to everyone who got in that cold water.
Victor Plata won today and also won the series. Fun day, but it was COLD out there and really cold when the fog rolled in.
