Treadmill and mile repeats

Have to throw down some mile repeats tomorrow but unfortunately, due to cold and heavy rain for the whole day, I might have to move my workout to the treadmill. If I have a 6 min pace planned, what pace do I go with for the treadmill (other than a 1% incline) to create the same conditions. Hopefully it doesnt rain!

Thanks.

according to this, nothing. but I only looked at the first site that my search returned. I may be wrong. Try it, see how it feels. They say if you set at 1 degree as you posted, you get the same effects as training outside, to the point that you can test to the same VO2. Kill it anyway!!

treadmills are notoriously inaccurate, but should be consistently wrong
test the actual speed of the belt at different displayed speeds
make a conversion table
use the table
.

I did most of my training leading up to a 2:41 marathon on a treadmill. Two things really helped. Moving the gym fan to right in front of you, and a Netflix or hbo go subscription. It got to the point I was looking forward to workouts in order to catch the next episode

You got a calibrated food pod? I would go with 1% incline and use the footpod for distance, pace, etc.
