I have been getting a ton of trigger point done on my busted wing, huge help. However, there is still an area that the girl just can’t break up. In her defense this injury started slowly almost 20 years ago…lot’s to undo.
I use a TheraCane and a golf ball on the wall and sometimes get the trouble maker to release, but an hour later it’s back to a banjo string.
Any success stories with a particular stretch? Trigger?
