Did a little searching in the forums, best thread was facial moisturizers and goggle marks…need a little more, please.
I deal with mild to slightly more than mild eczema -depends on the time of year, but I do carry it around all year…like luggage. Training + all the showering + living in a high desert + great grandpa Sam’s genes. What are people using regularly - think body, arms and legs more than face - needs to be lightweight, not greasy, easy to apply and absorb, doesn’t lock in so much heat trying to lock in moisture that I just sit around post workout sweating more than during an actual workout…
I get small patches mostly on arms and legs. Not super itchy, not what I’d consider aesthetically embarrassing…just annoying, and I sometimes feel like a loser not doing more to help it…
My son has had eczema since he was little. Certain times of the year it would get worse and would actually look like small blisters on his hands and arms. We tried eczema cream and hydrocortisone. That would help some but not get rid of it completely.
We finally got his doctor to prescribe something and it cleared it in just a couple of days. We were shocked at how well it worked. He uses it daily so it doesn’t come back.
Interesting…I was planning on making it back to the dermatologist this year for an overall check all things skin. I’ll have to ask about this. Way back in the day I took some type of steroid creme but it was pricey and took a while to clear things up…
Thanks @Rick_pcfl

triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 topical cream, like rick said
you’ll need a prescription.
Showering pre-swim will help your skin absorb some water, which means less pool water / chemicals absorbed, and that can help w skin irritation from pool chemicals. If the skin irritation is along the seams of your swimsuits, throw the suits in the laundry. You can wind up with some dermatitis from pool water.
