Training Peaks - How to deactivate a coach subscription?

I’m trying to deactivate a coach account subscription. I’ve contacted Training Peaks and they have advised I need to upgrade my subscription in order to deactivate it ((which seems ironic).

I have done the upgrade, but despite this, I cannot for the life of me find a ‘Deactivate Coach Account’ button, despite TP’s stating there would be one under:

To close your TrainingPeaks coaching account log on > click your name > settings > manage subscriptions and payments > click the deactivate coaching account button towards the bottom.

Any advice that doesn’t involve me sitting for half the evening chatting to a bot…

Try >click on name > settings > coaches > current coach > remove

This is to deactivated a Coach Account Subscription, not an athlete account to unlink from a coach.

I belive can only done on a pc
Not tablet etc.

I’m on my laptop and it’s not letting me. Training Peaks support have sent me the pathway, and it doesn’t work / appear.

I’m just going to say it’s a sad day for the sport with you guys leaving coaching.

Kids at the moment take priority. Although one of them got me up at 6 yesterday to take her and do run hill repeats as she wants to win the district cross country. So I’d say it won’t be a particularly long sabbatical :slight_smile:

Training Peaks have kindly deactivated the account from their end.
