Paul’s Training Schedule at:

Fill out the colored boxes on the ‘formula’ tab.
The spreadsheet computes the necessary hours & distances.
Record your training in the ‘Break Down’ and/or ‘Calendar’ tabs.
Hope it helps.
PM me your e-mail and I can send you one.
This one looks great, however the password protection seems to be faulty in the MAC version.

This one is simple to use and seems to have most features I need. Unless someone comes up with something else I will go with this. Thanks for the advise slowtwitchers!
Sorry about that, it appears they changed the spreadsheet since I downloaded it earlier this year. From the site…
The new version is password protected to prevent accidental cell/formula modification. To enter data (yellow cells) use password (case sensitive) “Hokies”

I made this one over a few months. I like graphs and charts, so this one is heavy on the eye candy yet I think it’s fairly straight-forward.

The link has screen shots and the file itself.

UPDATE: Fixed link. Thanks for the heads-up. Think how much faster I’d be if I didn’t waste time screwing around with the spreadsheet instead of training.
The link doesn’t work johnnygofaster

I really like this one
I just noticed a few goofs. I cut and pasted from my personal sheet and for some reason it’s showing the values on the “planned vs. actual” graph. It shouldn’t do that- the table is right there if you need to check it.
Cool… glad someone finds it useful. I think it strikes the balance: it’s not hyper-specific thus catering to the more type-B triathlete not planning out every minute of the week. Yet it still makes you plan for certain weekly goals.
Modify at will,
Brian

Can you please recheck the password. I can´t get it to work… Or maybe upload it as not password protected…?
Great spreadsheet!!
And it starts to get winter cold her in Norway…
It is not my spreadsheet, so I cannot uplaod an unprotected version. However, if you send me a PM with your email address, I can send you the unprotected version that I retrieved earlier this year. I don’t know if there are any differences between the version they have available on their website and the one that I have, but my version seemed to work fine.
