Why don’t you buy a Conti trainer tire and forget about buying a replacement for the rest of your life?

I’ve also had success with Michelin Krylion tires. It’s barely starting to flatten on top after several rides a week since the fall. It also grips pretty well and doesn’t create a ton of debris. Given that I don’t have a wheel specifically for the trainer, a trainer tire is probably more trouble than it’s worth.

Axial is on a bike just for trainer, went tru two Conti Trainer Tire in the past .

Before switching to a LeMond Revolution, I used to use Conti Gatorskins on the trainer. Hold up well and can still be ridden outside.

i have a bontrager race lite hardcase on my powertap training wheel. 3 years and constant switching back and forth between computrainer and road, and the tire is not even rounded.

The best Computrainer tire I’ve found is the Tufo clincular CS33 Special (old model which might be out of print ??). They last a long time compared others I’ve tried and if you take the bike outside it’s a great workout trying to avoid being dropped on fast group rides. ( Absolute PITA to get on the wheel however. (:frowning:
