I don’t see why you would feel disappointed. I see it as evidence the efforts to clean up the sport are working, if not perfectly at least partially. This is way better than 10-20 years ago when “everyone” was doping and the sport didn’t care.

The day the Tour doesnt go through doping events, will be a day cycling has given up on the doping programs.
I’m always surprised it takes so long to process the OOC tests, but it’s good that they do them and catch people.
I’m waiting for the 2008 TdF re-tests to be complete, so we’ll probably have another reshuffle of those results - expect to see the final 2009 TdF results by August 2010!
