After yesterday’s TTT I started thinking, what happens if two people are tied for the overall best time? Who wears the yellow jersey?

it said in the equipe (french sports paper) that Lance would have worn the jersey had CSC finished together at -2 sec.
i’m not sure why but i think it’s because of the partial seconds which are only recorded on TTs.
If 2 riders become tied for the yellow jersey, it goes to the one who last finished a stage in front of the other. therefore yesterday Lance would have beaten Zabriskie(sp near enough) by 2 secs so he would have got it. I think Bob Roll mentioned it.
I say it goes to whomever can hold a wheelie the longest.
