I was wondering if anyone has participated in or spectated at The Tour of the Gila. I’ve been to Silver City before and ridden on some of the course. Probably the closest I’ll get to the Tour De France.
If you have spectated is it a fun race to watch? I love that New Mexican food!

I am down here with another fellow triathlete, Texan Josh Lee, and we are racing in the 3’s race. TT was yesterday and was brutal with heat and wind.
Would you care to divulge some of those tasty New Mexican restaurants in town? The place we went last night didn’t have lettuce to make salads nor guacamole to accompany chips and salsa!
