From Boston.com comes glorious pictures of the Tough Guy Challenge 2010.

After a 6 mile cross-country run during the coldest part of England’s winter, competitors navigate through all kind of awesome WTF stuff including barbed wire trenches, lots of mud and ice, FIRE, those net things you have to climb, more mud and ice and PAIN.

Puts our silly little swim/bike/run to shame, don’t you think.

Saw a TV piece on this race a couple of years ago. Pretty classic. That first lady is wearing a wetsuit under her clothes by the way! Cheater!!!
The US version, the WarriorChallenge seems like a way watered-down version.
