Torhans Aero Z with Garmin ontop

I have received my Argon18 117+Tri bike and along with the bike was the Torhans Aero Z.
In my aerobar setup I like to have the Garmin computer ontop a bottle.
I have tried different solution to mount my Garmin ontop the Aero Z but without luck.

Therefor I wonder if anyone have or know a solution to have the garmin ontop of the Torhans Aero Z.

Thanks!

There is no formal way to do it, but of course many are trying, with a different degree of success. These guys are doing it with the velcro (in Chinese). Seems to work for them.

Personally I gave up and moved to Speedfill Standard or a rear mounted bottle, depending on the distance.

Thanks for the link and answer.
Funny about the chinese which tries a solution that I have already tries.
Didn’t get it to work as I wanted.

Perhaps the only solution is to create something as 3d and the printer it.

I have been looking into this pretty extensively as of recent. I think most using the Aero Z set-up go with a more further forward mount option (multiple available).

In the end I decided to just stick with my speed speedfil cage. I tried with Profile Design HC last year, but the computer was behind the water bottle and I could not see it without looking down. I believe this year they remedied this and moved the garmin mount to the front. May be worth looking into.

I have a both speedfil setup and I used a Profile design aero hc on my shiv last year with the garmin in front.
But now I wante dto see if I could come up with something new

Thanks for the ideas.

I chain two or three of the rubber bands that hold a flat Garmin bar mount, and run them around the AeroZ, behind the bottle door. Works great, been super stable for well over a year.

Quarter-turn mount with elastic bands should do it.

Looking great!

Thanks

How do you like the garmin on top…any negative issues? I’m considering the Speedfil. Thanks,

Dave,

Works great for me and I am pretty stubborn about holding a number on the bike. Stays right in my line of vision at all times, and from the tunnel data I have seen, the speedfil cage with the bottle turned outward is more aero than nothing at all.
