There is a difference. For the women, the principal issue was forcing some of them to wear more revealing outfits than they’d like. For the men, they choose (I assume) not to wear any undergarment that would better hide their junk. At least from the athlete perspective, those seem very different.
And there was also an issue during the women’s beach volleyball with camera operators zooming in very closely to chests, butts and crotches areas every chance they got. It was pretty noticeable, then a day or two later I saw where some of them had been reprimanded for it

@DavHamm not necessarily. There is a necessary situational difference between a young child on a farm daily/weekly where they are able to place their learned knowledge regularly. It is demystified for them and plays an integral role in their day to day or week to week.
I know this because my cousins own a farm out in rural MN and own the largest veterinary clinic in their surrounding counties. Whenever I go visit I’m either watching livestock births, traveling to neutralizations (I don’t watch), and helping out. This was the norm for my neices and nephew. My niece finally just won this year for showing her goat at the county fair (proud godfather moment).
It’s much different for them. Also, we’re talking about the difference between normal life cycles and sex/physical features for pleasure.
So in that regard I do believe in preserving some innocence in a conservative society that is rapidly shoving it out there often without any guidance.
Of course its different for them, their parents livelyhood depends on sex, birth and death. So its openly talked about, as where the city kids mom and dad are freaked out to talk to little tommy about sex, birth and death cause he is so innocent and young. You kind of made my point.
I bet at least 2 or 3 times a day, little tommy is eating something that is the result of sex birth and death. If you want not hard to make that point early and often.
Sex is not dirty, the human body is not dirty or provocative, But I have a feeling you think preschoolers shuld not see classic Greek statues
Hell how many families have more than 1 kid or how many under 10yr olds have seen a baby or are related to someone who died, Sex Birth and Death is all around, hell if you have a garden you see it. No the only thing thats different is it makes city adults uncomfortable to talk to their children about it. So they pretend their kid is to innocent. and make up stories about a bird bringing the baby,
You’re making some assumptions and it’s best to avoid that. You’re also conflating the two separate ideas into your argument.
I stated a difference between sex for reproduction vs sex for recreational pleasure. And when it’s appropriate to introduce kids to each respectively. In our society sex/sexiness is almost everywhere…and you and I both know it’s context is not for biological betterment of the species.
Let’s not pretend there’s no difference.

There was a wrist injury on day 1 of women’s beach volleyball. I was better by the next day though.
