Tips for setting up tv w/ treadmill

i’m getting my hands on a treadmill this week and wanted to set it up so i can watch stuff on a 15" LCD I use with my trainer. What’s the best approach for mounting a tv in terms of height? is wall mounting the best way to go?

You probably want a monitor mounting arm you can clamp onto the treadmill somehow, or a variable height stand to put the monitor on. So you could move the treadmill easily if you ever needed to. They make mounting arms that clamp onto desks. Does the monitor have a VESA mount? Or you could get a speaker stand in front of the treadmill, and place the monitor on top of that.

If it’s only a 15", you’ll want it really close to you. So find an option that allows this. Also, what a lot of people don’t think about is audio. I bought a headphone amplifier and some extension cables which allow me to hear over the motor/foot banging. I’ve found that mounting the display in a head-neutral position (where you don’t have to look way up or sideways) is the best. I have a big plasma screen in my workout room, and I mounted it just high enough to see over the treadmill’s screen, but not too high to where I’d have to creak my neck riding my bike in the TT position.
