TIME RXS Float Issue

How does one adjust the float on the Time RXS pedals. Is it done on the pedal or the shoe?

i think its on the pedal. look for a tiney grey plastic thing. you rotate it with a very small allen wrench. i think there are 3 settings.

Before you adjust consider this: are you bumping up against both the inside and outside release points over the entire 360* range? If so you need to adjust the float. If not, you need to adjust the position of the cleat on the shoe. Hope that makes sense.

I’ve been using the RXS pedals for a while now and really like them. As mentioned before, there are three levels for the amount of re-centering force and the adjustment is done on the pedal with a 2.5mm allen wrench. This adjustment does not affect the distance of the float, only the force required to induce float. Time refers to it as the “Sensor Elasticity Tuner” adjustment. I think the actual float distance is 5 degrees to both sides.
