Time RSX cleat compatibility with Sidi shoes?

I just won an eBay auction for Time RSX Carbon pedals. I wear Sidi G4 shoes (with plastic soles). Will the time cleats bolt right onto my shoes? Or will I need an adapter?

They will bolt to any standard 3 hole Look style shoe.
