Tiltable Profile extensions for older QR?

A friend has an older (rim-brake) QR. He’s trying to find extensions and the correct adapter to be able to angle the bars. This is what it looks like

He wants something like this:

Any idea what to buy?
Thanks!

Profile Design sells tilt kits, I’m sure some of them would be compatible

I must be getting old - from their website I can’t figure it out!

That bar is the Aeria V1. The Aeria Evo bracket (your last pic) was made as a way to upgrade older bars.
Unfortunately it was discontinued during the pandemic when crazy lead times and increased costs made it infeasible to order another batch. So the chances of finding a set are very slim.
The other way of achieving tilt is to use something like a PD 39AH (high rise) extension and a tilt wedge under the armrest. PD does not make a tilt wedge for that bar, you would have to look at other brands. With the caveat that PD has not tested and does not endorse any aftermarket parts.

^^^^This. (unless you can find that Profile tilt kit in some shop’s spare inventory…I didn’t see any on eBay).

It’s similar to what Sam Long was doing a few years back.

Thanks for the replies. It’s remarkable how this kind of thing is not straight forward. I reached out to Profile and they suggested this:

At $550+ for a new basebar (plus redoing all the internal cabling), it’s probably worth considering other cockpit options. Tririg has tilt kits ( Angled Spacers ) and you can chat with them on suitability/compatibility. That and the “Sam Long” option have the main advantage of being <$100 each.

Tririg ones won’t work. The Aeria 1 bracket needs a side by side bolt setup.
I think there are some out there, they’re just less common than the inline setups.

Wing20C+ would be the best option if the friend wants to be able to experiment with their position. Wedges and a high rise extension lack adjustability.
