My ST 6871 Ultegra Di2 brake levers seem to be getting loose in the handlebars, at first it was mild but now I can rotate them around without extreme effort. Do I need to fully remove the brake cables just to re-tighten them? The bike is a first gen Speed Concept so it’ll be a big pain in the butt to do the rear brake lever!

Pretty sure they work like the mechanical version. If so, squeeze the brake lever and it will expose an Allen screw you can tighten to stop movement.
I had this issue recently, I believe the torque spec is 6nm. The shop tightened them to that and they still moved, a little carbon paste on the bars and that seems to stop the movement.
If the cable goes through the hex bolt, the brake cable will have to be removed. I don’t think that I’ve seen any TT brakes where the cable does not go through the hex bolt.
