I was reading on another thread that Tiger Woods can bench press 300lbs, is that true??? If it is, that is pretty amazing!

I am going to go with a yes. Not trying to toot my own horn (in classic ST fashion), but I weigh 175 pounds and have benched 250 before – and Tiger’s physique (especially his shoulders and arms) dwarf mine. Funny how half the threads lately have been about Tiger (although I guess that I am contributing to it by responding)…

I too have heard that Tiger goes for reps-the golf ball reps,the golf bag reps,the golf club reps,the Gatorade reps,the Nike reps,the Buick reps etc…No wonder the bastard has a sore knee with all that bending over getting his ass kissed.
