- Reynolds - Element - 1,340g - $1,800
- Profile - Altair CC - 1,532g - $1,900
- Alto - CC311 - 1,290g - $2,100
- Xentis - TT Disc CC - 1,260g - $2,300
- Zipp - Super-9 CC - 1,175g - $2,400
- Dash - Gretchen 25 - 810g - $2,500
- Mavic - Comete - 1,100g - $2,900
I think your list is great for those who might be in the market for a disc wheel. While weight is a consideration, I would say at least two more features are as or more important:
(1) Width, both external and especially internal. This helps you match up a low Crr tire with the wheel shape.
(2) Tubeless compatibility. At least for some of us, this is important. I know some will say that sealant and a latex tube are the same as tubeless, but for me (i) why add a tube if you don’t need to, and (ii) sealant with tubeless works better than sealant in a latex clincher environment. At least good to know if you have the option to run tubeless if that’s something you want to do.
