For us, it was the Nike Air Pegasus. They were the #1 selling shoe for like a decade. Then Nike axed them only to bring them back in a lower quality form 15-20 years later.
Ditto with the Ford Ranger. I think it was Ford’s best selling vehicle for years until they killed the line. They are attempting to bring it back, but it’s basically an F150.

it’s not homburgs and trilbies, anymore, but whenever i visit the USA i’m struck by how many adult men are wearing hats. (usually baseball hats, indoor, outdoor, whatever.)
