Interesting, I use this example as a prep for my clients for depo. I say, answer the question that is asked of you. then I say “do you know what color the sky is today?” they ALWAYS say “blue” and I tell them “no, it’s a yes or no.”

Actually, it’s pretty clear. The blue you see is scattered sunlight.
It is blue
And red and green, etc. At most times of the day, it only APPEARS blue because molecules in the atmosphere scatter the blue colors of sunlight much more effectively than the red and green colors. A rainbow shows the full color spectrum of our sky.
