i get agitated listening to jack kelly adds which totally get me out of balance and i posted about this 326 times on ST to slowly get over it, despite the fact i have never bought a product he advertises and have therefore never paid to listen to his podcast, and nobody forces me to listen to it. wah wah wah
what should i do ?
ps ( i have reduced listening to the podcasts by 50 % so i guess i am on the right way)

Iâm so sick of people paying Ironman what it asks (like $500 to race a 70.3 on a road riddled with potholes and water running out at aid stations) instead of spending money the way I prefer they would! Like, racing local, or other internationally branded races!

How am I supposed to obsess about my w/kg and otehr metrics when one of my cleaners keeps standing on my garmin connected scales every other Thursday and skewing my data in Training Peaks as sheâs 2.5kg lighter than me.
