1- Can someone recommend a good place to get custom designed ones for my team

2 - These are also worn on the run correct. I thought I heard somewhere that people swap out after bike? Also, if I wear sleeveless wet-suit, am I unable to wear this type of suit?

Yes, you wear it on the run. Yes, if it’s wetsuit legal you can wear it under the wetsuit. If it’s not wetsuit legal, fold the suit down over your shoulders and wear a swim skin

Crowie got DQ’d in hawi 70.3 for wearing his under a swim skin without rolling it down. You are allowed to wear it under a sleeve less wetsuit but it might cause a lot of drag while swimming and slow you down…might want to test it out first or just roll it down like your wearing a swim skin

we just ordered some from ZOCA (www.zocagear.com) for the Tri Club of San Diego and they turned out really nice. I’ll be wearing mine for the first time at Wildflower this weekend. I just looked and they don’t have the sleeved version on the website yet, guess they are waiting on feedback after this weekend.

That used to be the case but not anymore. According to the new Ironman rules released for this year:

Section 4.02: wetsuit rules
C) Wetsuits cannot measure more than 5mm thick. A race kit may be worn underneath a wetsuit, but when using a sleeveless wetsuit, clothing covering any part of the arms below the shoulders is prohibited; (DSQ)

ETA: If it is a non WTC race I think it is still alright but I would check with the official before the race.

Team BSR has been using the Zoca sleeved this season. No idea why they haven’t put them on the site still. They are on the site that is set up as the Team Portal, just not the open site.
