Very interesting will have to resaearch a little more when I can not sleep.
A great way to achieve a good form and, therefore, increasing efficiency is to focus on your cadence rather than on where you land. What worked for me was doing some of my runs on a treadmill focusing on having a cadence of 96. By doing this, my stride got shorter and I started landing mid foot.
