The Desk Break

This is a public service announcement for all office workers. Spending hours at your desk can be a danger to your mental health. The good news is that just 15 minutes of movement can help to reverse the effects.

Good message but I don’t think the tone would land with my staff.

Office days are amongst my most active but might get me moving on WFH days though. I’m thinking of designating one meeting per day as a no camera/walking meeting.
