I recently decided to try a new herbal supplement called TianChi which is basically a combination of neurotransmitter precursors and adaptogenic herbs. I have tried a lot of supplements (I have chronic fatigue issues) and my expectations weren’t super high. But this stuff is actually really good! I haven’t felt so energetic and strong in 3 years and I put together the best 10 days of training I have ever had (in November, no less). Has anyone else used this stuff or had similar results with something else?? The results are almost unbelievable. I put together a review of the product and my experience here if you are interested in checking it out:
Now, full ST disclosure: I am not sponsored by TianChi and I sought out the product on my own. I liked it so much that I contacted the company to ask some questions for my review and they provided me with a coupon code that will save anyone 5$ off their order. The code also gives me 4$ for every 100$ spent. I did not ask for that part, it is built in and I am sure you could get it too if you wanted to share the product with friends and family. TianChi is a super small company run and no one is trying to get rich. The stuff has been game changer for me in only a couple weeks and I just wanted to share it with other endurance athletes.
You don’t have to hit my blog either, here is the website: tianchi.herbworks.com/ and the coupon code is 79148.
Yeah I love myself some caffeine but as I said in my article it has been a cruel mistress with tolerance and what not. I didn’t think I would ever say it (unless I got my hands on some cocaine) but TianChi is a better buzz and I don’t need an IV drip to keep myself going.
Sure, contamination/fraud is always a risk with supplements (not just Eastern medicine based ones mind you and your potty mouth) but from my investigation I trust this company. Hammer and Vega aren’t eastern and quite well trusted but have produced some contaminated products.
I have spoken with both co-owners and they assured my of the quality of their ingredient sources and their purity. I have more to lose than most on this since I am actually tested at my UCI races but I am satisfied with the risk/benefit analysis on TianChi. These are very reputable guys putting together a super high quality product.

Jordan, you should back away from this. There is no way you can be sure it’s legal for when you’re tested OOC or at races. As you said, you have a lot to lose.
Research companies that give their stamp their products are WADA certified. 1st Endurance and 7-Systems are two that come to mind.
