But seriously, this is a cool find. The moon is 6 miles wide. Kudos to us for finding it, I also learned that Uranus now has 29 moons. The CS is a learning place.

They wouldn’t have discovered the moon if the planet hadn’t been less bright as it was transitioning from full Sun into shadow

Nah, those discovered in your latest article were presented in 2024 (2 for Uranus and 1 for Neptune). The one in the first article presented now in 2025. So 1 new moon for Uranus “now”.
