Just wanted to give John Cobb a shout out today, I was having seat issues after my compact crank got installed. I ride with a v-flow plus and had been loving it. After my compact was put on (bike shop moved the seat up) was having major issues. I called today, on my way to drop off my bike for tribike transport and talked directly to him. He told me to have the shop lower it, wow- it helped!!! thanks john, i feel so much better and can’t say enough about your company and your seat,

X2 - rail broke on my v-flow plus beyond warranty period. Ordered a replacement with note about rail breaking just so they knew about failure. Quickly received an email from Ginger telling me not to order a new saddle and that she was sending a replacement out FOC ASAP. They credited my paypal account same day and new saddle arrived in time for my next group ride. What more could you ask for?
