Check out this YouTube video of Lindsey Corbin. I’m a MOP on most days (and she’s a pro…) but that looks about as aero as riding the hoods.

Still no work…
It works for me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmWaaosRavY&t=2m50s
I just can’t believe that she left her garden hose out at 1:02.
Aero not too bad. As skinny as a starving twig, so Cda pretty good despite position.
The wind makes a special dispensation for Linsey b/c she is so adorable, it’s just moves around her and let’s her by. I don’t know her husband, but I despise him! My fav tri-babe was Wendy Ingraham back in the day, now it’s Linsey. Ahhhhh such a doll.
I’m sure her frame is a huge limiting factor in her drop because she’s a pretty small woman. She makes it work though.

Looks to me like she’s as low as she can possibly get on that size small frame. To get any lower, she’d have to have a frame that runs 650s or put on a very steep drop stem, or put on non-standard, short cranks. Just can’t get a huge seat to handlebar drop when you’re a smaller person.
Brand new Sauconys! I know mine would not be that white after a run.
Cda still a human, but area low, so not many extra watts needed.
Pros don’t get technical exemptions, however cute they look or fast they go - it’s their job to get it right.
She can get a bit lower, even on that frame. The integrated stem is sloping up, and can be set level. She also looks a bit bunched up, and could move her elbows forward and open up a bit (this would also lower her a bit).
Looks like she’s setup for comfort/power, but is probably not as fast as she could be.
