Champs Elysees, though…not a chance he’ll shoot that one out…the sprinters will still be sorting the vert.
If Lance is in the lead, I wouldn’t be surprized if the peloton “gives” Lance the final stage to let him finish his career with a win and let him cross the line in Paris all by himself and then have the sprint for second settle the battle for the green jersey.
You mean the whole peloton ‘sits back’? I love the irony…so that everyone can say ‘Lance didn’t win the Tour 05’ the peloton sat back and gave it to him

Hmmm I was just thinking that myself yesterday. It’s still a while until Paris but it sure would be a sporting/gentlemanly gesture on the pelotons part. Probably won’t happen but to honor somone like that would be special.
