Tacx trainer tips

Season is pretty much finished here in Norway. Got a marathon in 2 weeks, but thats pretty much it for organized races…maybe some Adventure Races and then the x-country season starts. (Aswell as freeriding in powder!!!)

However, biking outdoors where I live on the southwest coast isn’t always an option. I have got myself a Tacx Flow trainer, used it a couple of times so far, but haven’t really worked out a decent system for adjusting the elevation setting or power. Reading the tiny instruction booklet is out of the question (being a guy and an engineer student instructions are something to be figured out :slight_smile: )

Does anyone else use the Flow? And do you have any tips on how to setup a decent workout on it?

I’ve searched the net, but haven’t had any luck finding a decent site.
