We’re still waiting for the final 2026 calendar which Renouf implied would be shared by end November. I assume it’s coming in the next week as, from a communications PoV, surely the PTO will want to get that spike of attention out of the way before the 2025 final in Qatar. If they left it till after Qatar and its ‘afters’, you’re getting on for Christmas. The top echelon athletes need to know the venue, male or female, and date detail as they’ll be settling their race calendars and the PTO needs some of the top 20 racing each of the 4 + $ races.
We know only 3 races for sure: Gold Coast, Singapore and Vancouver (but not whether M or F). In addition Qatar is locked in (aiui) as the final, date tbc. Other info suggests there’ll be one in Jeddah (SA) in November. But that competes with Dubai for the November slot (we’ve heard that Dubai is resigned for next year). And is your last ‘middle East’ race Bahrain? I have only heard a mention of this but difficult to see a slot in the calendar in safe temperatures for endurance racing. We were told ages ago that there’d be a T100 at Lake Las Vegas but I suspect the complications there mean that’s in the balance. With Vancouver in August, will the other NA T100 be in early June alongside Alcatraz (T100 SF)?
