I bought this frame used 2 years ago and it was used as a spare bike. Previous owner cut steering tube and has 60mm above headtube. I used an Extralite stem, which gave me 40mm worth of spacers to play with.
There are 2 minor scratches on the frame from previous owner. Neither bothered me because they are fairly hidden. One bit of scratching on the inside of the rear stay from mounting frame into his wahoo trainer. Other is on on the backside of the seat tube slightly above the FD.
