Anyone use swiss ball for building a stronger core? Is it any good? What kinda exercises are you doing?
Its a good tool, just like a lot of other tools out there. I use it for modified situp and plank routines and keep switching up the workouts to keep them fresh.
Yes…I do all my pushups, back and dumbbell work with one.

Push ups, sit ups, dumbbell work. It is a great and cheap tool.
