Swiss ball for core workout -any good?

Anyone use swiss ball for building a stronger core? Is it any good? What kinda exercises are you doing?

Its a good tool, just like a lot of other tools out there. I use it for modified situp and plank routines and keep switching up the workouts to keep them fresh.

Yes…I do all my pushups, back and dumbbell work with one.

I like to stand on it at the gym and freak people out. I was able to get to 15 minutes over the winter.

Push ups, sit ups, dumbbell work. It is a great and cheap tool.
