Does anybody have videos of good swimmers with the forward motion subtracted out? I mean where the swimmer would appear to be not moving forward. Watching such a video would surely shed some light on balance issues in the stroke. Because when you’re in the groove, all forces balance. (Actually they always do, but in the groove you’re going with it.)
