We’re on our way to my inlaws 50th anniversary. I can’t take my bike, but I can run and swim while I’m there. We’ll be in the Dayton/Lebanon area. Any advice as to where I could find a pool to use other than the two-strokes-per-lap pool in the motel?
Lebanon has a great YMCA. Where more specifically will you be? Dayton/Lebabnon area is broad 
We’ll be staying at the Comfort Suites in Miamisburg, near the Dayton Mall, and my sister-in-law in Lebanon. I guess technically I’ll be in neither Dayton nor Lebanon! Thanks for the info. My relatives are not into exercise at all so they are not exactly the fonts of all knowledge when it comes to finding a pool or a running route.

I actually lived right there behind the dayton mall. The washington township rec center is right there on 725, pass the mall. Nice pool. The re is also a YMCA in kettering that is not too far. Dayton has a couples tri clubs, maybe get a hold of them? They used to swim at the rec center when i lived there. There are also great trails at sugarcreek park with a 3.1 miles loop. i miss those a lot. that’s about 10 min from where you are staying.

There is also a YMCA just down the road in Springboro. If you want some open water swims, Caesar Creek state park is about 20 minutes away to the east on Hwy 73.
