Swim training

For right now I am exhile to a poolless small town with the nearst lap pool being 45 minutes a way. Now do to work shedules and car issues I might be able to make it to the pool Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no hope of making it Monday through Thursday.

How should I go about designing a swim program with a block like this?

Swim Friday and sunday for now. When you feel like you can, add Saturday.

Look for a book called swim workout notebook or something like that and use those workouts.
