Swim and bike during marathon taper?

I searched the post, but couldn’t really find anything real specific on this.
I have a marathon coming up on May 6th. (Colorado Marathon) I am training for a sprint/ Oly/ HIM series starting in June. Should I continue to bike and swim during my taper?
Currently without taper:

Run 35-40 mpw
Bike 80-100 mpw
Swim 2.5-3 hours

I don’t feel beat up at all. I just did a 20 miler on Saturday (last before race) I did 3 hours on the trainer today (mind “bottling”) :wink:

I should mention that I have a Century ride coming up on May 19th.

We’re in the same boat- mary on the 6th as well, did 20 yesterday. I’m tapering the run, coming down from 46 MPW, but will hit the bike hard the next 9 days. From what I’ve read/heard, the critical thing is to recover properly after the mary, or risk blowing your whole season.
