2 days in a row now I have had severe swollen legs and feet after swimming in a pool.
I was having this issue for a few weeks or longer before I switched to ocean swimming.
Any one else? This is really annoying.
You have any… allergies?
That’s the most obvious thing to get checked out.
Say what?! Never heard of anything like that. Allergy to chemicals the pool filtration system adds to the water? Maybe chlorine?
Here it is 4 hours later. I soaked in bath salts and used my recovery pump for 30 minutes. Legs are just about back to normal.
I’m going to try swimming again tomorrow and see what happens.
