At the conclusion of the survey, it’s not entirely clear to me whether hitting “submit” is doing anything. I see the page refresh with my choices still marked.

I only voted for a couple of suppliers (I haven’t purchased much this year) and after submitting my vote, then submitting again after being asked to confirm, I got a screen that was blank except for the text “Operand should contain 1 column(s)” I refreshed the page and was back at the survey page but with a note thanking me for completing the survey.

I guess my votes were counted but the error message was a bit weird.
