I’ve been contemplating getting some Superfeet or Sole insoles to put in a pair of my dress shoes. Spending 10-12 hours a day in them they’re really my most important shoe and I could use some more support.

I use eSoles eFit in mine. Love them. Much less fatigue and back pain. Use them in my dress shoes, flight boots, and kick-arounds.

I use the Green Superfeet in one pair of dress shoes, and the Carbon in another. I ripped out the stock insoles (glued in) from both pairs of shoes and the skinnier shoes needed the thinner Carbon insole.
I wear green SF in every pair of shoes I wear. Including dress/work shoes.
